Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves sewing heavy-duty materials and performing repairs on firefighter protective gear. If you have strong attention to detail and experience with industrial sewing machines, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines to repair and alter protective garments Sew heavy materials accurately and consistently Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

Experience sewing heavy materials Proficiency with industrial sewing machines Ability to sew straight lines and maintain attention to detail Willingness to work 40+ hours per week and occasional overtime Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to deadlines Must pass a sewing skills demonstration prior to hiring

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00A - 3:30P full-time Frequent overtime opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:
