Sewing Machine Operator Type:

Full-time 4 day work week (32 hours per week)

Starting Wage:

$19/hour Sewing Machine Operators work collaboratively in teams to sew and assemble all of our garments to Melanzana's specifications and high quality standards; They support retail and fulfillment departments as well as embody, share, and support our brand, values, culture, and long term vision. Skilled with hands; Ability to stay focused, with a high level of attention to detail, in a busy manufacturing environment; Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude; Comfortable giving and receiving feedback in a professional manner; Must be approachable and have a team-oriented attitude; Ability to adapt to changes; Ability to sit for 8 hours per day, perform repetitive hand and arm movements, strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills and adequate vision to see and work with small details Ability to read and write in English or Spanish Health Insurance Health Savings Account Dental Insurance Vision Insurance PTO Opportunity for profit sharing Employee stock program On-the-job training is provided for the right candidates Apply in person or online at melanzana.com/jobs
