On-site $18/hr Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality products while meeting established production and quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines (single-needle, double-needle, or similar) Sew, assemble, and finish materials according to production specifications Read and follow work orders, patterns, and instructions Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Maintain consistent production output while ensuring accuracy Perform basic machine maintenance (threading, needle changes, minor adjustments) Keep work area clean and organized Follow all safety and company procedures Qualifications Previous experience operating industrial sewing machines required Ability to sew straight seams and complete repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Familiarity with production quotas and quality control Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Consistent schedule Opportunity for overtime Stable, long-term employment How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with their resume or contact us directly to schedule an interview. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bradenton, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
