Sewing Machine Operator Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00

PM Pay Rate:

$14.00 per hour

Position Summary:

Operate industrial sewing machines to produce and finish items such as bedding and pillows while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and adjust machine attachments and controls Operate sewing machines to stitch, hem, and assemble materials Monitor for defects, thread breaks, and malfunctions Inspect finished products for quality Load thread, replace needles, and make minor adjustments Maintain clean work area and equipment Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions

Qualifications:

Sewing or manufacturing experience preferred Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer/terminal knowledge (or willingness to learn) Personnel Resources is an equal opportunity employer. #IND
