In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and textile products. Your expertise will help ensure efficient production workflows, precise stitching, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines with precision to assemble garments and textile components according to specifications Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime Follow detailed sewing instructions, patterns, and quality standards to ensure consistent product quality Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring all items meet safety and quality guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety protocols Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and improve workflow efficiency Document production activity accurately and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns immediately Requirements Proven experience in garment construction or sewing, preferably with industrial sewing machines Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines used in manufacturing environments Strong understanding of sewing techniques, patterns, and fabric handling Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with fast-paced production settings Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work efficiently under deadlines Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety procedures Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment Join us and be part of a vibrant team committed to producing top-tier textile products!
