Full-time, Monday-Thursday 6am-3:30pm Friday 6am

What You'll Do Sew Almy garments/products with precision, using our quality parameters, SPI, jigs, and thread colors. Adjust machine tensions and settings to meet our exacting standards. Keep your sewing machine clean, oiled, and in proper working order (mechanics are on call for repairs). Maintain a tidy and efficient work area. Assist team members to keep production flowing smoothly. Attend department meetings to share updates and collaborate. Follow all safety rules and procedures

• because a safe maker is a happy maker. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Good hand and finger dexterity, sharp eye for detail, and ability to distinguish colors. Comfort working independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 15-20 lbs. occasionally (using proper techniques). Basic reading, math, and writing skills. Reliability and good attendance
