In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and textile products. Your expertise in garment construction and sewing techniques will ensure that each product meets our standards of excellence. Whether you're experienced in manufacturing or have warehouse experience, this role provides an exciting opportunity to develop your sewing skills and be part of a dedicated team committed to craftsmanship and efficiency. Duties Set up and operate industrial sewing machines with precision and confidence to produce various textile products. Follow detailed sewing instructions and garment construction specifications to ensure accurate assembly. Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards. Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality. Keep work areas organized, clean, and safe to promote a productive manufacturing environment. Assist in training new team members on machine operation and safety procedures. Experience Prior experience operating sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of garment construction techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with sewing machine maintenance and troubleshooting helps ensure smooth production flow. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is essential. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to machine operation and textile manufacturing processes.
