Key Responsibilities Operate sewing machines to assemble textile products according to production specifications Work with patterns and fabric to ensure quality and accuracy Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of equipment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Participate in training as needed to improve skills and efficiency Qualifications Required Ability to operate sewing machines safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail and work ethic Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards 3-5 Years verifiable stand-up sewing experience Preferred Experience with sewing or textile production Familiarity with pattern reading or design Teamwork and communication skills Previous manufacturing or production experience Why Work Here? $18.00+/hour Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Stable, long-term opportunity in manufacturing On-the-job training available Opportunities for advancement within production roles Supportive work environment focused on work-life balance Questions?
