DOUGLAS has an opportunity for a Stitcher in our Sample/Design Room.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble plush toy components. Sew fabric pieces together with careful attention to alignment, shaping, and detail. Follow patterns and production specifications to ensure accurate construction. Perform repetitive sewing tasks while maintaining quality and consistency. Sit for extended periods while performing detailed sewing work. Collaborate with the Design/Sample Room team to meet project timelines. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.

Skills Required:

Experience in the plush toy stitching or soft goods production. Familiarity with different fabric types, including faux fur. Experience using industrial sewing machines.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience via jobs or internships preferred
