About the
Role:
We are a small startup brand based in Morristown, NJ looking for a skilled freelance production sewer to help manufacture our line of quilted zippered makeup bags. This is flexible piecework. You will work on your own schedule.
Responsibilities:
Sew quilted zippered bags following provided patterns Maintain consistent quality across all pieces Communicate regularly about production progress and timelines
Requirements:
Experience with bag or pouch construction Comfortable sewing zippers and working with multiple fabric layers Must be able to meet in person; Sewing Machine provided. Detail oriented with a high standard of finish quality Experience with quilted projects Familiarity with batting and laminated fabrics
Compensation:
Flexible ongoing work as order volume grows All materials and patterns provided
