This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring each product meets our rigorous standards. Your expertise in sewing will directly contribute to delivering exceptional products to our customers. We value precision, efficiency, and a proactive attitude—if you're passionate about sewing and manufacturing, this is the perfect role for you! Duties Sew tablecloths, napkins, etc. Inspect finished product to ensure sewing accuracy, trim threads Fold and count finished product Maintain a neat, clean organized inventory of sewing materials and supplies to ensure timely, high-quality products Routine basic maintenance of the machine The successful candidate will have: Previous experience with merrow, serger, single or double needle industrial sewing machines Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot minor issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they are free of flaws and meet quality benchmarks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals while maintaining quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Document production data accurately and report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns promptly Skills Proven experience in sewing techniques Proficiency with various types of sewing machines, including industrial models Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to production Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling and logistics Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output with minimal errors Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment Embroidery experience a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your sewing skills help create beautiful, high-quality cloths!
