Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble, stitch, and finish garments according to specifications. Follow sewing instructions to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Document production progress and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors. Qualifications Experience operating industrial sewing machines within a manufacturing or garment construction environment. Understanding of garment construction techniques and sewing processes. Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their functions. Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
