Overview Join our dynamic team as a Custom Woodworker and unleash your craftsmanship to create stunning, high-quality wood products tailored to our clients' unique visions. Responsibilities Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, CNC machines, and woodworking equipment to craft custom wood components. Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood parts with precision using calipers, machining tools, and fabrication techniques. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications to ensure accurate production of millwork and custom furniture pieces. Conduct heavy lifting and material handling within the warehouse or workshop environment to support manufacturing processes. Utilize forklift and warehouse experience to efficiently move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility. Perform quality checks on finished products, ensuring they meet design standards and client expectations. Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks, including garment construction or other custom fabrication projects that integrate sewing or sewing machine skills when applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in woodworking, fabrication, or manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge. Skilled in operating power tools, hand tools, CNC machinery, and machining equipment safely and effectively. Familiarity with woodworking techniques such as millwork, assembly, and finishing processes. Experience with warehouse operations including forklift operation and heavy lifting is preferred. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality craftsmanship. $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
