High school diploma or GED preferred. 3+ months of sewing or manufacturing experience. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Strong attention to detail and quality. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Regularly required to sit, use hands, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed. Requires close attention to detail and visual focus. Key Responsibilities Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble and sew product components. Sew cut pieces to form finished covers, ensuring proper alignment and fit. Understand material properties, including stretch and behavior during sewing. Determine efficient sewing sequences to optimize production flow. Maintain product quality throughout the production process. Read and follow process sheets and production instructions.
