Job Summary:

Lucchese Boots are the highest quality cowboy boots in the industry. The Sew Pullstrap plays a crucial role in the production line when making a boot. The Sew pullstrap is responsible for aligning pullstraps and lining them to proceed with the sewing. In addition, this position will be aligned with Lucchese values, consistent policy administration and a safe work environment.

Duties/Responsibilities:

All responsibilities mentioned below can be modified but not limited based on the company s needs. Receives workload from previous workstation or/and supervisor. Review ticket to follow instructions and procedures. Align parts to ensure proper assembly. Sew pullstraps into the lining. Thread machine, change needles, and adjust sewing machine as needed. Cut excessive thread. Operate and maintain sewing machines to include needles, blades, and cutting tools. Meet production goals in terms of speed, accuracy and quantity. Perform quality checks on finish product. Pass it to the next working station. Report any issues regarding the sewing machines to the supervisor. Follow safety guidelines and company standards at all times. Responsible to keep working area always clean.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Industrial sewing experience preferred.
