Job Purpose:
The Sewer will utilize the industrial sewing machine to manufacture synthetic slings and other materials.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Fabricate and repair synthetic slings and assemblies; and Coordinate the production of orders with the Production Manager; Maintain a safe working environment, and ensure that fabricated items are manufactured to BLP's quality standards; and Ensure that test samples of fabricated items are forwarded to the Production Manager as required. Perform other functions as required.
Job Requirements:
At least one year of experience in a production environment, specifically with industrial sewing equipment highly preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and pre-employment physical. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
