Weekly pay, possible overtime, incentive and bonus programs, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! 6:30am-3pm Duties & Responsibilities Sew and assemble banners of various sizes using a treadle-style sewing machine Work with different fabric types, including wool, silk, cotton, and linen Measure, align, and stitch materials according to specifications Inspect finished banners to ensure quality and consistency Maintain sewing equipment and keep work area clean and organized Follow production schedules and meet output targets Adhere to safety and quality standards Requirements Minimum 1+ year of sewing experience (industrial or manual sewing preferred) Experience operating a treadle-style or similar sewing machine Ability to work with a variety of fabrics and materials Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to handle banners of different sizes and weights Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and as part of a team #IND456
