KP Staffing Granbury is now hiring machine shop associates for 1st and 2nd shifts for a company that manufactures specialty tools/components in Weatherford, TX! Job Summary The machine shop associate will operate machines and power tools to produce components to specification in a manufacturing environment. This role also involves measuring materials accurately and maintaining general shop housekeeping. Pay $15.50-$16.50 per hour Shift 1st shift: 6am-4:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday 2nd shift: 4 p.m. - 2:30 a.m., Monday - Thursday Duties Operate machines in a manufacturing environment Safely work with power tools Measure and cut products to specifications Read tape measures and digital calipers Perform general shop housekeeping Complete repetitive work with attention to detail Qualifications High school diploma or GED Strong math skills Ability to lift 60 pounds Ability to read a tape measure and caliper Ability to take feedback and grow from it Motivated and quick learner Tape measure test required Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Granbury for an in-person interview.
