Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sewer to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for being part of a line of sewers in our pillow manufacturing line. Be a part of a growing team and company. Duties Closing ends of pillows coming off a conveyor line Cutting loose ends off sewn pillows After training reach a goal of 4 pillows per minute. (training available) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including sewing stations and storage spaces Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards Follow safety protocols diligently during all sewing and construction processes Skills Able to sit for 10-12 hour shifts Proficiency in operating various sewing machines efficiently and safely Experience in working with teams Attention to detail with a focus on quality control during sewing and assembly tasks Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team Good physical stamina for sitting, bending, sewing, and working in a fast-paced environment Benefits PTO, Sick Leave, Vacation Medical, Dental and Vision 401K 6am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday 6am-6:30pm Friday-Sunday Everify company Join us as a Sewer and be part of a passionate team committed to craftsmanship, quality, and continuous improvement.
