In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines to assemble and finish garments with precision and care. Your expertise will contribute directly to creating high-quality products that meet our standards for craftsmanship and durability. Duties Set up and operate sewing machines to produce garments according to specifications and quality standards Monitor sewing processes to ensure consistent stitching, proper tension, and correct seam allowances Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring all garments meet quality requirements before packaging Adjust machine settings as needed to accommodate different fabrics or design features Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing environment Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols Document production details and report any machine malfunctions or quality issues promptly Requirements Prior experience with sewing machine operation in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred Knowledge of garment construction techniques and sewing best practices Ability to operate various types of sewing machines efficiently and safely Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finished products Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality control procedures Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating comfort working in a fast-paced environment Good manual dexterity, stamina, and the ability to stand for extended periods Join us in creating exceptional apparel by bringing your sewing skills and enthusiasm!
