Job Description
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves operating and maintaining sewing machines and related equipment to produce high-quality garments. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial sewing, and manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and precision. Warehouse experience is a plus, as it supports smooth production flow and inventory management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic production environment. Responsibilities Operate sewing machines and other manufacturing equipment efficiently and accurately to meet production targets Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform basic maintenance or adjustments as needed Follow drawings and detailed work instructions to ensure item meets quality standards Inspect finished products for defects and ensure proper finishing according to specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency Assist with inventory management by organizing materials and supplies within the warehouse area Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during daily operations Skills Experience in industrial sewing is highly preferred Proficiency with sewing machines and understanding of sewing techniques Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes related to industrial production Warehouse experience is beneficial for managing materials and supplies effectively Ability to operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently Attention to detail with a focus on quality control Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
