You will play a vital role in ensuring facility uptime and operational efficiency by managing complex boiler equipment and upholding rigorous safety standards. Responsibilities Manage the daily operation and monitoring of high-pressure boiler systems to ensure consistent performance. Execute preventative maintenance schedules to maximize equipment longevity and minimize unexpected downtime. Optimize system output by precisely regulating pressure, temperature, and water chemistry levels. Diagnose and resolve mechanical malfunctions to maintain continuous plant operations. Document system performance and maintenance activities to ensure accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance. Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to OSHA guidelines and internal emergency protocols. Provide rapid response to system alerts to mitigate risks and maintain operational integrity. Support facility shutdown and startup procedures to ensure safe and efficient transitions. Qualifications Required Skills Current Boiler Operator Certification. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with a focus on industrial troubleshooting. Comprehensive understanding of industrial safety regulations and compliance standards. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team. Preferred Skills Prior professional experience in boiler room operations or stationary engineering. Experience with advanced steam system diagnostics. Strong commitment to reliability and professional work standards.
