This is one of the most important positions in our restaurant. The Oven Operator is responsible for ensuring every pizza leaves the oven perfectly baked and meets our quality standards before reaching our guests. We are looking for someone who is focused, detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering exceptional food. Responsibilities Operate our high-speed pizza oven. Monitor every pizza throughout the baking process. Ensure every pizza meets Obsession Pizza quality standards. Never compromise on product quality. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Work closely with the pizza assembly team. What We're Looking For Previous kitchen or pizza experience is preferred. Strong attention to detail. Ability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and teamwork. Willingness to learn our procedures and standards. Availability Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) is required. Flexible scheduling is essential.
