CIPP Boiler Operator About Us:
We are a trenchless drainage rehabilitation contractor, which basically means we rehabilitate (line) old stormwater pipes that go under roads that are too important to close while someone removes and replaces them. Our industry is expanding and growing in popularity. We are among the drivers of that expansion and growth. Job description:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CIPP Boiler Operator to join our trenchless rehabilitation team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining steam or hot water boiler systems used in the Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) installation process. The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical experience, understands boiler operations, and can work effectively in a fast-paced field environment.
Responsibilities :
Operate and monitor boiler systems for steam or hot water curing of CIPP liners Maintain proper temperature and pressure throughout curing cycles Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on boiler equipment Work closely with the CIPP crew to ensure safe, efficient liner installations Follow safety procedures and environmental regulations on job sites Travel regularly to project sites, including overnights
Qualifications :
Prior experience operating high-pressure boilers or steam systems (CIPP experience preferred) Understanding of CIPP process and curing cycles Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license (CDL a plus) Willingness to travel frequently and work in outdoor conditions We offer competitive pay, travel per diem, and long-term career opportunities in a growing industry. $75-110k starting with upside around $130k
