At PDS Tech Commercial, we're partnering with a global aerospace leader to hire an Autoclave Operator Technician who's hands-on, detail-driven, and excited to work on cutting-edge aircraft components. In this crucial role, you'll support the cure and bonding of advanced materials like carbon fiber and fiberglass, helping build the parts that power the aerospace industry forward.

• What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
• + Set up and assist with the operation of autoclaves and related equipment for composite curing and bonding.

+ Prep, clean, and retrieve tools and fixtures for the bonding process. + Load aircraft parts and assemblies into autoclaves and connect necessary thermocouples and vacuum lines. + Support the breakdown and cleaning of cured parts and return cleaned tools to storage. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with FOD and 5S standards. + Collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure precision and process compliance. + Use forklifts, overhead cranes, and hand tools to manage equipment and materials.

• What You Bring to the Hangar

• Must-Have Qualifications:

• + •High School Diploma or GED.
• + •One (1) year of experience in autoclave operations or related aerospace composite bonding.
• + •Forklift experience.
• + Comfortable using hand and power tools. + Technically minded with strong attention to detail. + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work any shift. +
• Valid driver's license for equipment operation.
• Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
• + Familiarity with ASC Software or other composite cure control systems. + Experience with composite teardown and tool cleaning. + Working knowledge of oven operations and composite curing processes. + Strong communication and basic computer skills. + Overhead crane experience and general understanding of manufacturing equipment.
