Oven Operator (Meal Prep Kitchen)

Position Overview Power Healthy Meals is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Oven Operator to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and packaging high-quality meals in a fast-paced meal prep environment. If you're someone who works efficiently, follows systems, and takes pride in clean, consistent food production — this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for cooking (cutting vegetables, assembling recipe kits) Operate ovens to cook meals according to recipes and production schedules Roast vegetables and bake menu items to specification Assist with meal packing and bagging customer orders Follow portioning and labeling standards for all meals Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and workstation at all times Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Support team with general prep and kitchen tasks as needed Qualifications Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred (but not required) Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be reliable and punctual Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($15-$20/hr based on experience) Growth opportunities within a fast-growing meal prep company Positive, team-driven work environment Opportunity to be part of a company helping people live healthier lives Schedule Flexible scheduling (typically aligned with meal prep production days) Weekend availability (Friday,Saturday) required
