Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an R&A Bagel Boiler operator on the overnight shift! In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating the bagel boiling equipment, ensuring the highest quality standards are met while keeping production running smoothly through the night. Your expertise in boiler systems, mechanical maintenance, and industrial processes will help us deliver fresh, delicious bagels to our customers every morning. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills and proactive approach make a real difference. Duties Operate and monitor the R&A bagel boiler system during overnight hours to ensure consistent product quality and safety standards. Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of boiler components, including hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical parts. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control diagrams to diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently. Conduct preventative maintenance on boilers and related equipment to minimize downtime and extend system lifespan. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to production. Maintain detailed logs of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any incidents during your shift. Follow all safety protocols related to industrial boiler operation, including proper handling of HVAC/R systems and mechanical tools. !
