Autoclave Operator

Job Title:

Autoclave Operator Job Description Candidates will work closely with the lay-up team, going in and out of the layup room. They will be responsible for releasing films, operating the autoclave oven, and prepping parts for the autoclave. This position is for the 1st shift. Responsibilities Collaborate with the lay-up team to ensure smooth workflow. Release films and operate the autoclave oven efficiently. Prepare parts for the autoclave process. Ensure proper bagging and handling of composite materials. Essential Skills Experience with composite materials and machine operation. Proficiency in operating autoclave and vacuum equipment. 1 year of experience in lay-up. 4 months of experience in bagging parts. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with oven and autoclave operations. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work primarily in the layup room, which is a very clean and climate-controlled environment. You will be part of a team of five, working from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with the possibility of overtime, totaling about 45-50 hours a week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
