Boiler Burner Technician/Mechanic

Duties Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on boiler burners, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to burner operation, hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and mechanical components using schematics and technical manuals. Repair or replace faulty parts such as valves, pumps, igniters, sensors, and burners to restore system functionality promptly. Conduct system start-ups, shutdowns, and adjustments to optimize performance and energy efficiency. Document all maintenance activities accurately, including detailed reports on repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions. Collaborate with team members and clients during field service visits to provide exceptional customer service and technical support. Stay updated on industry standards, safety regulations, and new technologies related to boiler systems and industrial mechanics. Requirements Proven experience as a boiler burner technician or industrial mechanic with a strong background in , hydraulics, and mechanical maintenance. Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints effectively. Knowledge of boiler systems, burners, HVAC components, hydraulics, and electrical systems relevant to industrial environments. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting complex mechanical issues in field service settings. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Relevant certifications in HVAC/R or industrial maintenance are preferred; experience with industrial boilers is highly desirable.
