2700 S Custer Ave, Wichita, KS 67217 Job Description The Ovens & Autoclaves Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining ovens and autoclaves used in the production of various products. The operator will work in a team environment and will be responsible for ensuring that all products are produced to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and maintain ovens and autoclaves used in the production of various products Ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality standards Monitor and adjust oven and autoclave settings as needed Perform routine maintenance on ovens and autoclaves Ensure that all safety procedures are followed Work in a team environment to meet production goals Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience operating and maintaining ovens and autoclaves Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment Excellent communication skills Physical Requirements Physical Requirements Able to work in a heated environment Able to climb steps Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods of time EEO/AA M/F/VETERAN/DISABILITY
