We are TUV SUD.Your TasksSupport risk engineering services focused on production, mechanical, and electrical equipment to help clients reduce equipment breakdown risksParticipate in site inspections and loss control surveys alongside experienced consultantsDevelop technical knowledge through on-the-job mentoring and structured training programsPrepare clear, accurate technical reports using established formats and guidelinesBuild professional relationships with clients by acting in a courteous and reliable manner on siteSupport account service teams, including participation in client meetings and presentationsContribute to service quality, client satisfaction, and agreed timelines under supervision Your QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable technical field, or equivalent practical experienceStrong interest in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems and how they operateAbility to learn new technical concepts quickly and apply sound judgmentClear written and verbal communication skills in a professional settingAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentGood planning and time management skills, especially when coordinating travelWillingness and ability to travel as required for the role What We OfferCompetitive base salary in the range of $68,000 - $74,000 USD annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and locationComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time offStructured onboarding and mentoring by experienced risk engineering professionalsOngoing technical, safety, and professional development trainingOpportunities for long-term career growth within a global organizationCollaborative, inclusive, and safety-focused work environment
Additional InformationTravel Requirement:
This role requires approximately 50-70% domestic travel, with occasional international travel depending on business needs
Work Environment:
Work is performed at industrial client sites and may involve climbing ladders, navigating tight spaces, and lifting equipment up to 50 pounds
