This is a critical role inside a highly automated production environment where your experience actually matters. What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Operating and maintaining gas-fired boilers
- Monitoring plant systems through DCS controls
- Water testing, treatment, and chemical adjustments
- Supporting boilers, cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, R.O. systems, methanator systems, and more
- Troubleshooting and making operational adjustments to improve performance
- Completing logs, shift communication, and maintaining safe plant operations ✅
What They're Looking For:
- Active 1st Class B Boiler License (or higher)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Industrial plant or utilities experience
