Position Overview:
Friday Services is seeking a dependable Oven Operator to join a manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating industrial ovens used in heat-treating and curing metal components while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate industrial ovens according to work instructions and production schedules Monitor temperatures, cycle times, and equipment performance Load and unload materials using racks, carts, or conveyors Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure quality standards are met Adjust oven settings as needed to maintain proper specifications Record production data including temperatures, cycle times, and quantities Report equipment issues or defects to maintenance or supervisors Perform basic troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Ability to work in hot environments and around industrial equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math and reading skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Apply today to get started with a stable and growing team!
