Operator/Furnace Technician Production/Assembly/Machine Operator Pineville, North Carolina Professional Direct Hire Mar 2, 2026 HTI is seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Technician - Operator (Furnace Tech) with a precision manufacturing facility specializing in metal injection molding and additive manufacturing components. This role is ideal for an independent, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in following processes, working autonomously, and completing repetitive hands-on work accurately and consistently. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 1st shift. The pay range is $21 - $26/hr depending on experience.

What You Need:

High School Diploma/GED Mechanical aptitude with experience in manufacturing, equipment operation, field service, or mechanical assembly Ability to understand and strictly follow SOPs and defined processes Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with consistency Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and professional attitude Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and remain active throughout the shift Furnace, heat-treat, or vacuum furnace experience is a plus but not required

What Your Role Will Look Like:

The Technician - Operator (Furnace Tech) support furnace production operations. Load, unload, inspect, and monitor ELNIK vacuum furnaces Stage metal injection molded and additive-manufactured parts for rebind and furnace processing Empty furnaces, prepare equipment, and load subsequent production runs Perform basic mechanical tasks and assist with routine equipment maintenance Record production runs, maintenance data, and process documentation accurately Conduct visual inspections, settering, packaging, and staging for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work independently for extended periods while meeting production schedules Support shipping, staging, and other production-related tasks as assigned Follow all safety protocols and encourage a safety-first mindset About HTI Human Technologies, Inc.
