Summary:
Operates, inspects, maintains all boiler, heating, steam hot water, ventilating, water treatment equipment, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and systems of the hospital and its complex.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
High school diploma or trade school graduate or equivalent education. Valid NYS drivers license 1st Class Stationary Engineers license
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) year power house Three (3) year refrigeration and air conditioning
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, schedule forms or blueprints.
WORKING CONDITIONS ENVIRONMENT
Frequent exposure to many disagreeable physical conditions. Occasionally works in outside weather conditions.
