High Pressure Boiler Operator Primary Responsibilities Responsible for following all plant rules of conduct and safety rules including all safety Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. Will be able to operate, troubleshoot and maintain system, and all operations pertaining to Boiler Operation. Responsible for the continuous safe operation. Monitor Boiler to ensure safety and optimum operation Perform minor and routine maintenance on equipment. Responsible to report any and all maintenance related items to Maintenance and utilize the Work Order system. Continually monitor conditions in the Still Yard and Blow Still to ensure upset conditions do not occur. This includes but is not limited to machinery, temperature, steam, air and boiler operations. Must be trained in the Emergency Generator operation. Assist with general maintenance as needed. Minimal travel requirements as needed for training, etc, as determined by Supervision.
