Key Responsibilities Cleans ash from boiler grates Ensures adequate supply of hog fuel Maintains high standard of housekeeping Must be self-motivated Ability to learn all aspects of boiler operations Ability to work in confined spaces and operate mobile equipment Ability to learn and retain complex processes throughout boiler Ability to safely complete complex process equipment large lockouts Must follow Roseburg values and Riddle Operating Principles High school diploma or G.E.D. Job is physically demanding; must be able to occasionally push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to work rotating 12-hour (day & night) shift Must be available and willing to work overtime and shut downs as needed to facilitate the effective operation of the Boiler Boiler experience is desirable, but not required Attend trainings and achieve passing scores as required
