Job Description The Boeing Company is seeking a Tool and Die Maker to join our team in Auburn, WA. This position will involve working with various materials and processes to create precision tools and dies used in manufacturing. As a Tool and Die Maker, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, setting up and operating machine tools, and ensuring the quality of the finished products. You will work closely with engineers and other team members to develop and improve manufacturing processes. Your Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Set up and operate machine tools. Fabricate precision tools and dies. Inspect finished products for quality assurance. Collaborate with engineers to improve manufacturing processes. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in tool and die making or related field. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
