- Adecco is on the search for a Tool and Die Maker/Machinistfor its growing US office and manufacturing facility located in Casa Grande, AZ. The successful candidate will Design, Build and Repair shop tooling and fabricated fixtures. Will also assists in the training of production workers and may lead and direct others
- Responsibilities
- + •Design build and repair: Shop Tooling, Fabricated Fixtures, Test tooling and Fixtures, Utilize Blueprints and Design Sketches•+ •Familiarity with variety of Field Concepts, Practices and Procedures•+ •Thorough knowledge of the strengths and properties of materials used•+ •Knowledge and Judgment to plan and accomplish goals in an efficient manner•+ •Assist in training production workers in the safe and proper operation of shop tooling and fixtures•+ •All other assignments as requested by lead hands or management•+ •Other duties as assigned•Qualifications•To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- + •Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment and work constructively under pressure•+ •Ability to manage multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines•+ •Ability to make sound and timely decisions•+ •Must be organized and detail oriented•+ •Ability to pass a drug screen and background check•Education/Relevant Experience/ Skills•+ •Minimum 2 - 3 years of related experience•+ •Experience in sheet-metal and/or HVAC Industry a Huge Plus•+ •Requires a demonstrated knowledge in areas of basic electricity, hydraulics and pneumatics•+ •Experience in designing and building tooling and fabricated metal devices•+ •Must possess verifiable experience in problem solving, project planning and implementation•
Pay Details:
