Responsibilities:

Develop die protection program and implementation. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and models Plan machining processes, layouts, and assembly sequences Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, and grinders Measure, machine, and verify parts to specification Inspect and maintain dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures Recommend tooling or design improvements to enhance performance and quality Develops specifications from general description for specialty tools and draws or sketches design of part. Experience in short run and progressive tooling.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of Tool & Die experience (metal stamping/manufacturing preferred) Strong blueprint reading and dimension‑calculation skills Ability to work independently in a job shop environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a loud industrial environment Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be able to pass a background check Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Person under 22 CFR §120.15)

Pay:

$33.00 - $45.00 per hour
