Job Summary:
Responsible for assembling, testing, and repairing medical devices like pacemakers and ICDs in a controlled manufacturing environment. Work is done under supervision following strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and test medical devices and components
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain accurate production and quality records
Ensure product quality and traceability
Communicate issues to supervisors clearly
Follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
Ability to follow instructions (written & verbal)
Basic computer knowledge
Good hand-eye coordination (handling small parts)
Time management and task prioritization
Attention to detail
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:
Cleanroom / controlled production area
Work under close supervision
Strict hygiene and safety rules
Dress Code Requirements:
Clean, non-shedding, well-fitted clothing
Fully covered body (no exposed arms/legs)
Closed-toe shoes (low heels only)
No jewelry, makeup, or nail polish
No loose or fuzzy fabrics (e.g., sweaters, fleece)
