Job Description

Customers can come from virtually any industry-consumer electronics, automotive, healthcare, or any other where only the very best is good enough. And each benefit from our 80 years of experience pioneering the techniques and technologies that have redefined the industry. The Tool maker will develops, cuts, shapes or forms metal work pieces to specifications by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following: Repairs tools from blueprints, verbal instructions andor 3D models. Experience with bench work such as air tools and polishing are a must. Responsible for all phases of mold repair as well as fixtures and trim dies. Responsible for following all safety procedures/regulations and keeping immediate work area clean. Assists in prioritizing repairs to ensure maximum production capabilities. Operates standard tool room equipment such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, etc. CNC and EDM experience would be a plus. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge of TS and
ISO 14001.
Other duties may be assigned. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; minimum three years related toolroom and machinery experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be familiar with precision measuring tools and knowledge reading and interpreting read blueprints.
