Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as the Operations 5 - IM Service Tooling Tech Lead CA, where you will spearhead the development, implementation, and optimization of tooling solutions within our manufacturing environment. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with leadership to ensure our manufacturing processes run seamlessly, efficiently, and safely. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure adherence to industry standards, all while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Objective of Job Install, maintain, and repair machinery and / or equipment as part of the tool room program. Coordinate associates and equipment scheduling. Principal Activities Safely operate PIT's and overhead crane in order to deliver/ install materials/ molds to the injection molding department. Ensure Service tooling technicians have been properly trained and training documentation is completed. Prepares work areas to ensure tools needed are available and in proper working order. Troubleshoots and resolves equipment Problems while demonstrating proactive maintenance concepts and employs best practices Complete/ perform PM assignments and documentation as scheduled. Apply the knowledge in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic devices and principles to install, repair and or replace defective molds. Demonstrate the ability to use all Service tooling room equipment including lathe, mill, and welder.
Job Requirements:
Associate Degree or equivalent experience . 1 - 2 years of Manufacturing Experience.
Pay:
$38.00 - $45.00 per hour
