Your Impact Key responsibilities include:
Configure and run manual equipment like grinders, mills, or lathes to produce parts that meet precise requirements. Support the layout process by marking dimensions and reference points, while collaborating with Tool & Die Makers to calculate measurements and organize assembly workflows. Ensure parts are correctly positioned in holding fixtures and utilize hand tools to complete the assembly of mechanisms. Confirm that completed components align with design specifications by utilizing high-precision measurement tools. Assist Tool and Die Makers as well as Tool Grinders to ensure efficient production flow. Maintain and organize the necessary measurement equipment and work tools required for daily operations. Execute additional tasks as requested by management.
What You Bring Essential Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent, paired with two years of specialized trade school training in machining and two years of relevant manufacturing or tool room experience, or an equivalent mix of education and professional background. Demonstrated proficiency in reading technical prints and applying Geometric Dimension & Tolerancing standards. Prior hands-on experience with CNC programming.
