You'll execute O/D, I/D, boring, and facing operations, keep tight tolerances, and contribute to a culture that values safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Day-one benefits and a $4,000 sign-on bonus included. What You Will Do Set up, adjust, and operate grinding equipment (CNC and manual) for O/D, I/D, boring, and facing work. Use blueprints, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to determine specs; enter production and quality data into the ERP system. Independently configure and run two or more machines within the department (e.g., CNC/Manual, ID/OD, Centerless, Face). Verify part conformity using gauges and measurement tools; set and validate preset gauges to ensure calibration. Inspect your own output and review the work of other operators to uphold company quality and quantity standards; complete required documentation. Calculate dimensions, rotation speeds, feed rates, and machining times; operate multiple machines; use hand tools and manual machines as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of experience setting up and operating precision grinding machines. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with basic math. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions in English. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift; moderate physical activity required for tooling changes and adjustments. Shifts Available 2nd Shift (M-F): 2:00 pm-10:00 pm 3rd Shift (Sun-Th): 10:00 pm-6:00 am Compensation & Benefits Hourly range based on experience/skills: $23.00
