Job Description
Machining & Operations Program and operate CNC machines, Wire EDM, and Sinker EDM with precision and efficiency. Conceptualize and create electrodes required for EDM sinker operations. Program CNC mills to machine parts according to functional specifications. Generate wire paths and set up Wire EDM machines for accurate cutting operations. Program and operate Sinker EDM to burn metal to the proper depth using electrodes. Set up lathe programs and perform cutting operations as required. Mold Repair & Troubleshooting Conduct and perform troubleshooting and mold repair, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal production efficiency. Conduct blue-off and shutdown procedures to ensure mold integrity and quality. Diagnose and resolve machining issues related to EDM processes and CNC programing. Quality & Safety Compliance Produce work that meets established quality standards and ensures consistent satisfactory output. Ensure all work meets tight tolerances and quality control standards. Accurately measure and inspect machined parts to verify compliance with specifications. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Maintain compliance with ISO and environmental certifications. Workplace Efficiency & Team Collaboration Work effectively under pressure, maintaining an organized work area while meeting deadlines. Demonstrate a professional attitude towards work, company, and associates, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Show adaptability and composure in handling unavoidable tension and pressure.
