Toolmaker

Toolmaker Responsibilities:

Set up and run variety of CNC and manual machine tools. Builds and maintain molds for investment casting. Build prototype parts for R & D. Designs and build fixtures for production. Works with manufacturing to develop innovative solutions to production issues.

Qualifications:

Interpersonal/Communication Skills:

Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work as a team member.

Technical Skills:

Basic understanding of Fluid Dynamics. Detailed understanding of manual machining processes and CNC machining processes. Demonstrated ability to use computer software packages (i.e., MS Word & Excel)

Educational Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent or at least two years working experience in a directly related position.

Hours:

This is a first shift position.

Payrate Range:
