This position involves grinding parts, sandblasting, and general shop support. Candidates may also be asked to assist with torch work or operate a CNC spinning lathe. Responsibilities
• Grind and finish metal parts using hand tools and surface finishing equipment
• Sandblast components as required
• Read and follow work orders and basic measurements
• Assist with torch work or CNC spinning lathe operation when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs Compensation & Benefits
• Starting pay: $18/hour, paid weekly through the agency
• Full medical benefits after 60 days once hired in
• 401(k) eligibility after one year
• Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential
• 1st shift
• 7:00am
