In this role, you'll craft the precision tooling that keeps aerospace production on spec and on time. Your Impact Translate customer drawings and specifications into high-accuracy jigs and fixtures Establish reference lines, datums, and tooling holes using straightedges and high-precision metrology Restore performance through tool repair and rework when production needs it Capture concepts and steps in quick, effective fabrication sketches Operate manual lathes, Bridgeport mills, and grinders as projects require Qualifications 5+ years of precision jig/fixture building experience Expert blueprint reading with GD&T and 3D CAD model interpretation Strong command of precision measurement and hand metrology tools Manual machining background (mills, lathes, grinders) preferred Reliable math skills and clear, professional communication Skills Snapshot GD&T Machine Building/Assembling Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology Manual Machining Skills Blueprint Reading Compensation & Benefits Health insurance Vision and dental insurance Life, Accident & Disability insurance — 100% company paid 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and paid time off Weekly pay Overtime currently available Work Authorization Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residentstatus is required.
