If your answer is yes, you might be the precision tooling expert we're looking for. This role centers on transforming aerospace blueprints into accurate, reliable jigs and fixtures that deliver repeatable quality. Your Mission Execute builds to customer prints, specifications, and quality requirements Locate and coordinate reference points and tooling holes with precision measuring equipment Repair and rework existing tools to restore function and accuracy Draft concise fabrication sketches when clarity counts Run manual equipment as needed: lathes, Bridgeport mills, and grinders What Makes You a Fit? 5+ years crafting precision jigs/fixtures Fluent in blueprint reading, including GD&T and 3D CAD model interpretation Confident with precision measurement and hand metrology Background in manual machining (mills, lathes, grinders) preferred Solid math aptitude and effective communication Skills You Already Use GD&T Machine Building/Assembling Precision Measurement & Hand Metrology Manual Machining Skills Blueprint Reading Why This Role Health insurance Vision and dental coverage Life, Accident & Disability insurance — 100% company paid 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and paid time off Weekly pay Overtime currently available Eligibility Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residentstatus is required.
